Passion Cake
This moist cake is made with carrot,
pineapple, walnuts and cinnamon which combines to make the most
delicious full flavoured cake, then covered with a soft cream
cheese icing which compliments all the ingredients . This cake
has been very popular in our restaurant in Cornwall - often
chosen as an alternative to the carrot cake.
